DUMPLING
Dumplings are originated in China. They are one of the common foods in China and other parts of East Asia. People in northern China eat dumplings on a daily basis. They also eat them in Chinese New Year or winter solstice.
Fried Dumplings is a delicious, half-moon shape, and are wrapped in minced chicken thigh meat and mince prawn stuffing into a thin dough before sealing them together.
Dumpling can be steamed or fried.
Fried Dumpling is best served with a Mayonnaise which is commonly sold commercially. Otherwise, the classic chili sauce is a great match too.
